'Ash vs. Evil Dead' is an awesome comedy horror television series on the Starz network. Developed by Sam Raimi, Ivan Raimi and Tom Spezialy the show is set in the 'Evil Dead' universe and serves as a sequel to the 1992 film 'Army of Darkness'. We've got a preview of the third episode titled "Books From Beyond" check it out below!
A mysterious woman (Lucy Lawless) finds the destruction at Kelly’s parents’ farm. Meanwhile, Ash (Bruce Campbell), Pablo (Ray Santiago) and Kelly (Dana Delorenzo) reach Books from Beyond with the Necronomicon and Fisher (Jill Marie Jones) finds herself in another terrifying, inexplicable situation.
The series brings back the cult hero that is Bruce Campbell reprising his role as Ash Williams. Campell is joined by Jill Marie Jones, Ray Santiago, Dana Delorenzo and Lucy Lawless. There will be ten hour-long episodes and the show has already been greenlit for a second season.
There's no word on a UK broadcast date as of yet, like other Starz developed series expect this one to turn up on Amazon Prime soon, we'll keep you updated of course. As for those of you across the pond "Books From Beyond" is set to air at 9PM ET/PT on Starz. Check out the series trailer below!
