'Agents of SHIELD' Celebrates 50 Episodes with Video Featurette
The Avengers Spin-Off Continues Successful Run

'Agents of SHIELD' turned 50 last night with the episode "Among us Hide.." and to celebrate this milestone Marvel have released a special video featurette looking back on the history of the show and interviews with the cast and creative team check it out below.
After the success of the first Avengers movie Marvel partnered with ABC to produce the show as a way to focus on more human side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). The first season originally aired from September 24, 2013, to May 13, 2014, while the second season aired from September 23, 2014, to May 12, 2015. A third season premiered on September 29, 2015.The show has been generally well received and several characters created for the show have even made their way into the comicbooks. Agents of SHIELD enjoys a dedicated and passionate fanbase and expands plot lines explored in the Marvel movies to provide more backstory and mythos to an already vibrant storytelling universe.
