'Star Wars Battlefront' is set for release later this month and EA and DICE have revealed a very cool interactive planet explorer to show off the beautifully realised worlds that will be playable in the game. This new feature gives fans a fantastic opportunity to traverse iconic Star Wars locations like Endor, Hoth and more! Check out the stylish trailer below and have yourself some fun with the interactive experience in your browser by clicking here.

'Battlefront' gives players the choice to take up arms as either a Rebel Alliance soldier or an Imperial Stormtrooper. There will also be playable characters from the films, such as Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Boba Fett, Leia Organa, Han Solo, and The Emperor for 90 seconds unless you kill enemies as well as non-playable characters, such as R2-D2 and C-3PO. The game includes cooperative missions which can be played offline but does not have a campaign mode. Players can complete the missions both independently and with bots or another player; the game supports split screen on consoles. The game's online multiplayer mode supports up to 40 players in one match and 12 multiplayer maps will be available at launch. These maps will feature five locations from the 'Star Wars' universe: Hoth, Tatooine, Endor, Sullust and Jakku.

'Star Wars Battlefront' is scheduled for release on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on November 17th 2015.
