Plus New Images Showcase the Movie's Extended Cast

With San Diego Comic-Con 2015 well under way 'Deadpool' star Ryan Reynolds shared this image via his Twitter page to let fans know that Señior Deadpool was on his way. 

This is the latest in a succession of comedic photos that show Wade Wilson hamming it up as only he knows how, if the film's humour is anything like these hilarious photo-ops then we're in for a real treat come 2016 when 'Deadpool' releases in cinemas worldwide.

We've also got some new images from the film as Entertainment Weekly recently did a preview of the upcoming movie, while we've seen plenty of Deadpool, the rest of the cast have been pretty under wraps, until now that is! take a look through the images below to get a look at the extended cast in action.

Ryan Reynolds stars as the title character alongside TJ Miller as Weasel, Gina Carano as Angel Dust, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Morena Baccarin as Copycat and Ed Skrein as Ajax. The film will also feature the mutant Colossus. Reynolds also really wants Hugh Jackman to cameo as Wolverine and of course as awesome as that would be it still remains unconfirmed as to whether or not he will actually appear.

Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

Directed by Tim Miller and confirmed for a mature R rating in the US, 'Deadpool' is set for release February 12th 2016, that's Valentines day sorted then!
