Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 is approaching release at a startling pace and with that comes the obligatory film promotion. Hey, not that we are complaining, check out a great selection of videos from Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night. The Guardians themselves were all present and had plenty to say about the James Gunn directed sequel, plus a new clip!
Chris Pratt returns as Peter Quill alongside Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket Raccoon, Dave Bautista as Drax with Michael Rooker as Yondu, Karen Gillan as Nebula, and Sean Gunn as Kraglin. Kurt Russell also joins the cast as Quill's alien father, Ego. While Sylvester Stallone and Michael Rosenbaum are also set to star in unconfirmed roles.
Set to the backdrop of ‘Awesome Mixtape #2,’ Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 continues the team’s adventures as they traverse the outer reaches of the cosmos. The Guardians must fight to keep their newfound family together as they unravel the mysteries of Peter Quill’s true parentage. Old foes become new allies and fan-favorite characters from the classic comics will come to our heroes’ aid as the Marvel cinematic universe continues to expand.
GOTG Vol.2 will hit theatres May 5, 2017.
