First Look - Ant-Man Animated Shorts

Entertainment Weekly have revealed news that new, original Ant-Man animated shorts will premier on Disney XD in June. The shorts focus on Scott Lang (voiced by Josh Keaton) suiting up as Ant-Man alongside The Wasp and Hank Pym to battle the forces of evil.

The series will be made up of six shorts running at two minutes each. The first short titled “Science Fair” will air on Saturday, June 10 at 7:58am ET, with the next two “Alien Invasion” and “Soup Time” airing at 11:58am and 2:58pm. The second set of shorts titled “Exterminator,” “Proton Cube” and “Not a Date” will air Sunday, June 11 at 11:28am, 5:28pm and 8:58am, respectively.

The first short series featuring Ant-Man is directed by Ugo Bienvenu and Kevin Manach, executive produced by Alan Fine, Dan Buckley, Joe Quesada, Cort Lane, Stephen Wacker, and Stan Lee, written by Brian Wysol, with Cara Speller and Marc Bodin-Joyeux also on board as producers.
