This looks mighty painful... behold the latest piece of marketing materials for the second season of 'Marvel's Daredevil' on Netflix! The introduction of Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead) as Frank Castle AKA The Punisher to the gritty Marvel series promises a bloody struggle with Charlie Cox's Matt Murdoch AKA Daredevil and in a year full of superhero showdowns this still ranks as one of the most exciting. If this poster is anything to go by then Matt is in for a whole lot of pain...
Just when Matt thinks he is bringing order back to the city, new forces are rising in Hell’s Kitchen. Now the Man Without Fear must take on a new adversary in Frank Castle and face an old flame – Elektra Natchios.
Bigger problems emerge when Frank Castle, a man looking for vengeance, is reborn as The Punisher, a man who takes justice into his own hands in Matt’s neighborhood.
