Footage From 'The Dark Knight' Videogame That Never Was
DidYouKnowGaming? Uncovers The Truth

Christopher Nolan's epic masterpiece 'The Dark Knight' was the biggest movie of 2008, received stupendous levels of acclaim, produced an Oscar-winning performance by Heath Ledger as The Joker and continues to impress nearly a decade later. One thing was always missing though. That's right no tie-in videogame! You had your lunchboxes and action figures but where was the sort-of-okay movie tie-in game??
Youtube channel DidYouKnowGaming? has dived into the mystery and unearthed footage from the scrapped game as well as detailing the reasons why WB Games gave up on the project. Check out the full story below.
Sub-par tie-in videogames were par the course for blockbuster films back then and considering Batman: Arkham Asylum bowed a year after The Dark Knight released it's clear to see why a fresh approach was taken. I for one would love a Batman videogame that explored the entire Christopher Nolan trilogy and I'm not talking about a LEGO game!
