Turkish Airlines knocked Batman v Superman promotion out of the park with their tie-in ads that aired during Super Bowl 50 and now the airline is at it again with an extended look at the new movie and an interview with Director, Zack Snyder.



Warner Bros. Pictures have also revealed another clip from Dawn of Justice on Jimmy Kimmel Live which you can check out below. Tickets go on sale tomorrow guys and gals so make sure you're prepared and don't end up disappointed! Despite some weird internet trolling targeted at the DC film this movie is going to open big and if you're a fan you simply HAVE to be there opening weekend!



Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman and Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor. The film is set for release March 25th and will kick off the new DC Universe on film!

Uncharted 4: A Thief's End is Cape and Cowl's most anticipated Videogame of 2016 and the uber-talented folks at Naughty Dog have showed off some epic footage from the new Nathan Drake adventure in an extended story trailer! Check it out below!



The Uncharted series has entertained me to no ends over the last decade and I cannot wait to dive into another swashbuckling globe-trotting adventure with Nathan, Sully and Elena. Cape and Cowl Twitch will be diving into the game for regular multiplayer sessions so stay tuned for updates on that but in the mean time get your pre-order on!

Uncharted 4 is set several years after the events of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception with Nathan "Nate" Drake, now retired as a fortune hunter, settled into a normal life with his wife Elena Fisher. His world is then turned upside down when his older brother Sam, long believed to be dead, suddenly reappears seeking Drake's help. Together they embark on a globe-trotting journey in pursuit of a conspiracy behind Libertalia, a long lost pirate colony, and its fabled pooled pirate treasure.

Netflix have revealed another trailer for Marvel's Daredevil Season 2. Following up on the part 1 trailer that focused on Jon Bernthal's Punisher character, this new slice of footage focuses on Elodie Yung's Elektra and her relationship with Charlie Cox's Matt Murdoch/Daredevil. Take a look at the goods in the player below.

Just when Matt thinks he is bringing order back to the city, new forces are rising in Hell’s Kitchen. Now the Man Without Fear must take on a new adversary in Frank Castle and face an old flame – Elektra Natchios. Bigger problems emerge when Frank Castle, a man looking for vengeance, is reborn as The Punisher, a man who takes justice into his own hands in Matt’s neighborhood. Meanwhile, Matt must balance his duty to his community as a lawyer and his dangerous life as the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen, facing a life-altering choice that forces him to truly understand what it means to be a hero.

The streaming service also showed off this menacing teaser featuring Jon Bernthal's Punisher who - along with Elodie Yung's Elektra - will arrive in New York to cause all kinds of trouble for Charlie Cox's Daredevil.

Check out these great shots of grant Gustin's Flash alongside Melissa Benoist's Supergirl for the upcoming crossover episode on CBS. The two actors look to be having a great time on-set and are joined by what appears to be two DC Comics villains, Silver Banshee and Livewire!

Barry Allen is the only character from The Flash set to appear in the crossover and it looks likely that the multiple Earths storyline from that show will play some role in explaining the character's appearance in Supergirl.

The Crossover episode is set to air March 28th. The Flash airs Tuesdays on The CW and Supergirl on Mondays on CBS. Both shows are available on Sky One here in the UK.

Check out this candid snap of Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder with Jason Momoa or more soon to be know as Aquaman! The pair are hanging out in a Leavesden Studios production office that is filled with more than a few hints of what to expect from the future of DC Films in the coming years. Clearly the big one here is the first look at what Ezra Miller will be wearing as the movie version of The Flash, the scarlet speedsters costume can be seen at the left hand side of the image at the back.

There's also what looks to be an Aquaman costume, plenty of Atlantean armour and concepts scattered around plus an image of Aquaman's wife, Mera. There's Batman's cowl in the bottom right plus a jet black costume that could be any number of DC characters. What's your bet, Nightwing? Black Manta? It could be a Green Lantern costume without the green pieces added...

Empire Magazine have revealed more images from Marvel Studios upcoming Captain America: Civil War movie as well as shedding some light on exactly which character Martin Freeman (The Hobbit Trilogy) will be portraying on screen. In addition to the epic cover seen above the film outlet has also confirmed Freeman has been cast in the role of Everett Ross, a member of the Joint Counter Terrorist Centre that features in the movie. freeman is a mightily talented actor and we're really looking forward to him making his presence known in a feature filled with so many superheroes!

Empire magazine have had their hands full with superhero covers over the past couple of months. After featuring Batman v Superman last month the outlet has now turned their attention to the next offering from Marvel Studios - Captain America: Civil War. The cover features Chris Evan's Captain America going shield-to-repulsor beams with Robert Downey Jr's Iron Man, however this titanic battle goes down we can rest assured it will look seriously incredible! DC's Legends of Tomorrow is kicking comicbook translations on the small screen up a notch with a full on superhero team on show and with this latest piece of news we're falling in love with the show even more! Stephen Amell has revealed these new images of his upcoming appearance in Legends and of course he's in full Green Arrow but that's not all, the guy is old! Plus there's a goatee! Well more a full on beard but noen the less this look is all kinds of awesome and more than a little reminiscent of Oliver Queen's look in The Dark Knight Returns graphic novel by Frank Miller, I wonder if he's bald under that hood?

“Every once and a while, we do an episode where the 10-year-old me has to pinch himself,” said executive producer Marc Guggenheim on Old Man Oliver’s upcoming appearance. “We’re not only introducing our version of Connor Hawke to our universe, we’re going to meet the 2046 version of Oliver Queen, and Stephen Amell is going to be reprising his role from Arrow. As an added bonus to comic-book fans, Oliver is missing his left arm and will be sporting a goatee, in a nod to the character’s appearance in the seminal Dark Knight Returns. We think this episode features some of the coolest things we’ve ever done.”
 

The episode promises to be seriously epic and we can't wait to see how they introduce Connor who had a great stint as Green Arrow in the comics a little over a decade ago.

A Brand New Mixtape!

Marvel Studios is all over the next instalment of the wildly well-received Guardians of the Galaxy franchise. The sequel has begun principal photography at Pinewood Studios in Atlanta, Georgia and we've now got our first tease of what to expect with a new image of Chris Pratt's Star Lord and company.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 is written and directed by James Gunn and brings back the incredible ensemble cast from the first movie including Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star Lord; Zoe Saldana as Gamora; Dave Bautista as Drax; Vin Diesel as the voice of Groot; Bradley Cooper as the voice of Rocket; Michael Rooker as Yondu; Karen Gillan as Nebula; and Sean Gunn as Kraglin. A new instalment also means new cast members - Pom Klementieff plays Mantis, Elizabeth Debicki, Chris Sullivan and Kurt Russell also feature in unconfirmed roles.

We cannot wait for the next awesome mixtape to bow from this new adventure across the cosmos and of course the heavily rumoured story of Peter Quill's father being revealed. For now let's enjoy this great tease featuring a tiny Groot, you gotta love that guy!

Barry Allen has had more than his fair share of scares courtesy of this villainous speedster from another world and the frights are set to continue in the second half of Season 2 currently airing on the CW! Will Team Flash be able to uncover the mystery of Zoom's identity and put an end to his reign of terror?

The Flash airs Tuesdays at 8PM ET/PT on The CW and will return to Sky 1 this month in the UK Tuesdays at 8PM.

Star Wars: Episode VIII has begun production and the good folks over at Disney have revealed this nice little tease to ramp the already sky levels of excitement for the next entry into the Star Wars Saga. Mark Hamill's Luke Skywalker was glimpsed for a few earth shattering seconds at the end of The Force Awakens and we can't wait to see how the Jedi Master responds to meeting Rey and learning of Kylo-Ren's actions with The First Order. While we speculate over that and more check out the teaser below!

The CW have revealed an awesome trailer for what's in store for the rest of The Flash Season 2. The trip to Earth-2 really throws up some incredible possibilities for the show and with a host of new heroes and villains being introduced the DC Comics adaptation is going from strength to strength. Barry Allen is up against a threat like never before and will need all the help he can get, even if tat help comes from another Earth! The footage shows off plenty of action and a nice preview of Arrow actor David Paul Ramsey appearing as in the show as John Diggle, we get a tease of Zoom finally revealing his identity before the cut to black. This Civil War Merchandise is Looking Sweet

Hot Toys are bringing the movie magic to life with these excellent 1/6 scale collectible figures from Captain America: Civil War. You can get your hands on the new look Steve Rogers as well as the Winter Soldier/Bucky.

As always the collectibles will come with a huge array of accessories, the Captain America set will include a helmeted head sculpt with two interchangeable lower part of faces, one pair of shield holding palms, an alternate pair of fists as well as the newly-tailored Captain America suit complete. There's also the trademark Captain America shield, a broken Crossbones helmet and of course a Civil War themed stand.

 

The Winter Soldier set gets the look of actor Sebastian Stan spot on and comes with a head sculpt with fine hair, four pairs of interchangeable palms, a machine gun and since Bucky is a member of Team Captain America his stand will keep that theme going. You'll be able to get your hands on these figurines later this year, check out the official Hot Toys website for more details.
