Netflix and Marvel Announce Luke Cage Season 2

The official Luke Cage Twitter page has shared this short video confirming that the Marvel hero will return for another Netflix series! How's that for a sweet early Christmas present?!

The first season of Luke Cage is detailed as follows - After a sabotaged experiment leaves him with super strength and unbreakable skin, Luke Cage becomes a fugitive trying to rebuild his life in modern day Harlem, New York City. But he is soon pulled out of the shadows and must fight a battle for the heart of his city–forcing him to confront a past he had tried to bury.
Mike Colter will return as Luke Cage for next year's The Defenders Netflix show, which unites Cage with fellow Marvel heroes; Daredevil, Jessica Jones and Iron Fist.
