Check out some new concept art from Thor: Ragnarok showing the Norse God in battle with the Hulk and a look at Cate Blanchett's character, Hela. Marvel Entertainment have also revealed a follow up to the hugely funny and popular Team Thor video - check out part 2 below!
In Marvel Studios’ Thor: Ragnarok, Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok – the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization – at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger – the Incredible Hulk!
Directed by Taika Waititi, Thor: Ragnarok stars Chris Hemsworth once again reprising his role as the God of Thunder himself, Tom Hiddleston is back as the mischievous Loki while Mark Ruffalo appears as the Doctor Bruce Banner aka the Incredible Hulk in an expanded role. Anthony Hopkins returns as Odin, Cate Blanchett joins the cast as new villain Hela alongside Jeff Goldblum as the Grandmaster and Karl Urban as Skurge.
Benedict Cumberbatch's Doctor Strange is also confirmed to play a significant role in the film following a wonderful end credits scene with Thor at the end of last year's magical solo film.
