Green Hair! Another look at Jared Leto as The Joker!

David Ayer Reveals an Exciting Glimpse at the New Clown Prince!

David Ayer has revealed another look at Jared Leto as The Joker for his upcoming Supervillain team-up "Suicide Squad". The Director shared the photo with fans via his Twitter page and the image puts to rest any doubt that Leto wouldn't be sporting the green hair. 

The image obviously pays homage to the cover to Alan Moore's much loved graphic novel "The Killing Joke".

Regarding the style of the haircut, it looks like Ayer is going for a look similar to how The Joker first appears in Frank Miller's "The Dark Knight Returns". With the Joker rumoured to be incarcerated during the film  this ties in to how the character appears in the 80's classic. Zack Synder has also hinted that his version of the caped crusader in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" will take influence from the same comic, so it will be interesting to see how the two versions will interact in the future.

There's bound to more updates on "Suicide Squad" as the film begins filming soon, in fact the rest of the cast have all started to prepare as David Ayer also shared, check out the pic below for a look at the full cast!
